雪梨菊花冻
天热了,看一天的电脑和手机,眼睛干涩,不服老不行了。
以前用电脑都到子夜以后,也没觉得眼睛不舒服。
做个雪梨菊花冻,清热去火还明目。本来要放枸杞来的,忘了枸杞收在哪儿了。
放了樱桃丰富下颜色。

  • 纯净水雪约600g
  • 樱桃(用枸杞最好)几个

  • 1.雪梨洗净。
  • 2.切块。
  • 3.放果蔬杯里,放破壁机上。
  • 4.打成果汁。
  • 5.过滤一下。
  • 6.只要汁水。
  • 7.放白凉粉,拌匀。
  • 8.菊花洗净。
  • 9.冷水下锅。
  • 10.煮开取5分钟。
  • 11.放冰糖。
  • 12.把糖煮化。
  • 13.放梨汁调的凉粉,煮开2分钟。
  • 14.装盘。
  • 15.放上樱桃。有枸杞最好啦。
  • 16.放冰箱冷藏2小时。
  • 17.成品。
