    Steps to make 蒜蓉辣酱蒸生蚝

    • 1.买回的生蚝放入盆中,用清水浸泡一小时以上。
    • 2.用小刷子刷洗干净上面的泥沙、碎屑。
    • 3.蒸锅上火,烧开后放入生蚝,大火蒸3分钟关火。用蚝刀逐个撬开,蚝肉留在凹面,再用流水冲洗一下。
    • 4.将生蚝摆在笼屉上,每个蚝肉上放一小勺蒜蓉辣酱,大火蒸5分钟即可。
    • 5.淋少许热花生油。
    • 6.成品。放点香葱碎更佳(没有了)。
