Steps to make 老北京山楂糕

  • 1.将山楂中的杂质及病、虫、烂果剔除,用清水冲洗干净
  • 2.锅中加入适量水,烧开后下入洗净的山楂煮烫一下
  • 3.山楂开口立即捞出
  • 4.乘温热去弧去籽
  • 5.泡发的海带入锅煮至软烂
  • 6.切碎
  • 7.加入适量的水入料理机打成泥
  • 8.将磨好的山楂泥和海带泥混合
  • 9.入锅置小火上加热浓缩,加入白糖
  • 10.便煮边搅动直到混合体呈稠糊状
  • 11.倒入容器内内,刮成厚约0.5厘米的片,阴凉处干燥成型
  • 12.脱模切条或块,可用糖纸包装携带方便。
