  • 六月鲜12克轻盐牡蛎酱油2勺
  • 味达美臻品料酒1勺
  • 味达美醇香米醋1勺
  • 白糖8g

  • 1.准备好所有食材。
  • 2.把大虾去头,挑去泥肠,清洗干净。
  • 3.锅内加入适量清水,放入生姜片和香葱结,加少许盐;选择蒸煮模式,温度1600℃时间5分钟,水煮开后倒入大虾,继续煮开加入料酒,利用余热继续煮一会就捞出。
  • 4.处理辅料:柠檬切片去籽,百香果取籽,小番茄一切二,洋葱切丝,小米椒和杭椒去籽(喜欢吃辣的忽略),香菜切段,生姜切片和丝。
  • 5.焯好水的大虾,放入准备好的纯净水中,或冰水中,把大虾的外壳剥去留下尾巴壳(好看)。准备调料容器,放入所有的辅料,加入准备好的调料汁。调料汁:低盐酱油+米醋+白糖。
  • 6.带上一次性手套,把食材一起捏均匀出汁为止。
  • 7. 把大虾放入腌料盆,一起搅拌均匀。盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏1~2个小时。
  • 8.取出装盘就可以享用啦!
