  • 1.备好食材:猪后腿肉洗净,蒜苗洗净切段,蒜白蒜苗分开放;
  • 2.猪后腿肉放入煮锅煮至皮软;
  • 3.猪后腿肉煮至筷子能轻易插透,关火盛出;
  • 4.冷却后,切大薄片;
  • 5.炒锅烧热,倒入适量植物油,继续烧热;
  • 6.放入肉片爆炒;
  • 7.肉片炒出油分;如果喜欢焦香口感,可再将肉片炒干一点;如果牙口不好,炒至图片上的状态即可;
  • 8.放入郫县豆瓣酱,同肉片炒匀;
  • 9.调入适量白糖,继续翻炒;
  • 10.肉片炒至9分熟,放入蒜白翻炒;
  • 11.再放入蒜苗翻炒;
