剁椒炒丝瓜
自制的剁椒酱还是去年的,今年大家都又开始做上了,看得我痒痒呀!要赶紧给吃光好做新的哈!于是乎就有了这个剁椒炒丝瓜,吃起来味道不差滴!而且颜色还好看,养眼养胃两不误。
今天的丝瓜是隔壁邻居送的自己种的很绿色的,我没有用刮皮刀去皮,那样很厚一层皮就没了,很浪费,而是用的小刀轻轻的刮掉那层老皮,这样处理的丝瓜炒好了外表绿绿的特别好看,吃起来也不会觉得软塌塌的没嚼头了。

  • 九三大豆油20ml

Steps to make 剁椒炒丝瓜

  • 1.准备好食材:丝瓜、鸡蛋、剁椒酱、葱姜、盐、九三鲜榨大豆油。
  • 2.丝瓜洗净去皮切滚刀块、葱姜切碎、鸡蛋磕入碗中。
  • 3.炒锅烧热加入九三鲜榨大豆油,油热之后先将鸡蛋炒熟盛出备用。
  • 4.然后原锅里再加一点大豆油,油热后下入葱姜爆锅。
  • 5.然后加入20克剁椒酱煸炒
  • 6.看到煸出红油了就下入切好的丝瓜翻炒
  • 7.丝瓜煸软以后加入少许盐
  • 8.翻炒几下之后加入炒熟的鸡蛋
  • 9.翻炒均匀即可出锅。
