  • 18.蛋白加入一勺白糖,几滴白醋。
  • 19.今天纯手工,用手动打蛋
  • 20.打到有大泡泡再加一勺糖
  • 21.反复几次
  • 22.手动打发也很快的,出尖了。
  • 23.一小半蛋白霜加入面糊。
  • 24.十字刀拌匀
  • 25.面糊倒回蛋白霜中
  • 26.十字花刀拌匀

  • 28.震出气泡。200度烤箱预热10分钟。130度水浴烤60分钟。
