麻辣花生月饼
把月饼拿在手里,已经酥脆得快往下掉渣,再咬上一口,外皮香甜酥松,内馅麻辣香咸甜,多重口感和味道层层叠叠,回味无穷!

Steps to make 麻辣花生月饼

  • 1.将糖粉倒入室温软化的黄油中,用电动打蛋器中速打发至糖粉融化,黄油略发白呈羽毛状
  • 2.将鸡蛋打散,分次倒入打发黄油中,混合均匀,直至全部加完。
  • 3.奶粉与低筋面粉提前混合过筛,一次性倒入完蛋液的黄油中,用橡皮刮刀拌匀成面团
  • 4.将糖倒入麻辣花生中,,放入料理机
  • 5.打碎成黏稠的泥状,微微出油即可
  • 6.将面团和麻辣花生馅均分成8份,面团60克,包入30克馅料,放入冰箱冷藏半小时至略硬
  • 7.取出面团,包入馅料,用制作汤圆的手法包成圆球
  • 8.依次包好所有的月饼放入蛋挞模具中,用筷子蘸食用色素点上红点。烤箱预热180度,中层烘烤20-25分钟,看表面上色即可取出烤盘。待凉透后脱模,放入密封盒中回油24小时后即可。
