醋溜西葫芦
实话,对这个西葫芦,我打小就不爱吃,总觉得它有一股怪怪的味道。我不吃,也不给家人买,好象他们也从没提起过要吃这个菜。
那天,儿子陪我去超市,看到这个瓜,问是什么菜,好不好吃。为了给孩子树立一个不挑食的好榜样,我忙说:好吃,很好吃呢!于是,挑挑拣拣,买了两个小的回家。我不爱吃的菜,不能影响到小朋友。
用了妈妈以前的做法,醋溜。只是,我没有放肉,素炒的,还有,加了少许干红椒提味,加了多多的蒜片,炒好后,儿子很给面子,配米饭吃了小半份。我也装模作样的夹了几筷子,其实,不难吃,味道也不错。
记得以前看过一篇报道,西葫芦里含有一种啥物质,专治黄脸婆,可以瘦身且改变女性肤色暗黄。

    • 1.准备西葫芦。
    • 2.用擦子擦成丝。(瓤不要)
    • 3.锅中放适量油,入蒜片、葱、干红椒炒香。
    • 4.加入擦好的西葫芦丝。
    • 5.当胡芦丝变得微软,加入适量醋略炒。
    • 6.加入适量盐。
    • 7.炒到自已喜欢的程度,关火,加芝麻油调味。
