粤式腊肠咸蛋煲仔饭
“秋风起,吃腊味”~周末早上打开窗户一阵清爽的凉风扑面而来,广东的秋天终于到了,应节的做个简单腊味煲仔饭解一解馋。

Steps to make 粤式腊肠咸蛋煲仔饭

  • 1.准备好基本材料。
  • 2.丝苗米浸泡五分钟,洗净后放小量花生油和小许盐拌匀备用,砂锅内锅壁均匀地刷一层花生油,把拌好的米平铺在锅底。
  • 3.往锅内注水,加水量可以用食指衡量,指甲抵住锅底,水量刚好到食指第一个关节处。
  • 4.把腊肠和咸蛋放入锅内。
  • 5.加盖,中火煮五分钟后,换小火再煮五分钟,之后关火。关火后不要马上打开锅盖,需要继续焖五分钟。
  • 6.把腊肠和咸鸭蛋切好,放回饭里面。
  • 7.成品图。吃的时候加几滴生抽拌匀,风味更佳~
