韩风煎烤鱿鱼
煎烤,需要厚厚的平底锅,还要承担“爆油”的风险,但是不用开烤箱啊。新鲜鱿鱼处理干净,用韩式酱料腌制入味儿,用厚厚的平底锅煎熟,很不错的小吃和下酒菜啊。

  • 大蒜6瓣
  • 韩式大酱5大勺
  • 韩式辣椒酱1小勺
  • 糖稀2大勺

Steps to make 韩风煎烤鱿鱼

  • 1.主要腌料图;
  • 2.除鱿鱼以外所有材料放进料理机,包括糖稀或蜂蜜,搅打成泥,即腌料汁。
  • 3.鱿鱼洗净,撕去外皮,加入所有腌料,腌制30分钟以上;(腌制时间越长越入味儿,我家那俩等不及了)
  • 4.腌好的鱿鱼用竹签穿起来;
  • 5.烧热平底锅,放进鱿鱼(如果锅底够厚可以不用油;锅底不够厚,可以稍微加点儿油),转中小火煎制;
  • 6.翻面后,用剪刀剪开鱿鱼板,继续煎;
  • 7.煎至两面定型后,加入适量腌制鱿鱼的酱汁,继续煎熟,即可。
  • 8.如果不需要拍照“留念”,不讲究“卖相”的话,您也可以这样煎——鱿鱼不用竹签穿,直接进锅;
  • 9.煎烤过程中,用剪刀将鱿鱼剪成适合入口的大小;
  • 10.加入腌料汁;
  • 11.继续煎炒至熟。
