Steps to make 原味蔓越莓杏仁牛轧糖

  • 1.做牛轧糖需要的食材
  • 2.将黄油用大火融化,完全融化后,改小火
  • 3.放入棉花糖,让棉花糖融化(这里一定要用小火,我就是忘了换小火,所以牛轧糖有一点点糊)
  • 4.加入奶粉,与棉花糖混合均匀
  • 5.加入杏仁,混合均匀
  • 6.加入蔓越莓,混合均匀
  • 7.将牛扎糖放到铺平的保鲜膜上
  • 8.整形,晾凉
  • 9.待晾凉后,切块
