Steps to make 提子蛋糕卷

  • 1.分离蛋黄和蛋清。蛋黄加入10克白糖和盐搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入色拉油和牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 3.提子干事先泡好并挤干水分,然后倒入蛋黄糊中搅拌均匀。
  • 4.蛋白加入少许白醋,分3次加入白糖打发。
  • 5.打发好的蛋白糊。
  • 6.取1/3蛋白糊加入蛋黄糊中切拌均匀。注意不要打圈以免消泡。
  • 7.将蛋黄糊倒入剩余的蛋白糊中切拌均匀。
  • 8.将蛋糕糊倒入垫了油纸的托盘中。烤箱150度预热5分钟,中层烤15-18分钟。
