桂花糯米藕
我从小就喜欢桂花,记得小时候在家中桂花树下看书,那香味泌人心脾,偶然才发现桂花可以食用,就学做了此菜。

Steps to make 桂花糯米藕

  • 1.糯米洗净泡一两个小时,莲藕去皮。
  • 2.把莲藕一端切去,露出藕孔。
  • 3.把糯米装入藕孔中,边装边用筷子往里捅结实。
  • 4.用牙签将切的那部分固定。
  • 5.放入压力锅隔水蒸上气后十五分钟。
  • 6.蒸熟稍凉切片,另起一个干净的锅,放入桂花酱在加半小碗水和一勺白糖,用水淀粉勾芡出锅,记住,勾薄芡。
  • 7.看,可以吃了。
