自制面包糠
炸制食品时,在食物的外表裹上一层面包糠,制作出来的美食色泽金黄,吃起来特别酥脆香嫩,非常美味可口。
头天做了两个吐司,由于面粉没买好,筋道不够,吃起来有点粉渣渣的感觉,口感不是太好,所以第二天就把它做成了面包糠,没想到制作过程特别简单,成品也很不错,由于我喜欢颗粒比较粗点的,所以选用了手工擀制,比较好控制,如果喜欢细腻点的,可以用料理机打碎。

Steps to make 自制面包糠

  • 1.吐司一个,我只用了两块
  • 2.掰下一块去掉外皮
  • 3.将两块吐司都切成小方块,平铺在烤盘上
  • 4.烤箱120度预热后,将烤盘放于烤箱中层,烤制20分钟左右,用手捏一下(小心别烫着手),吐司块硬即可
  • 5.烤好后取出散热
  • 6.晾凉后放入食品袋中,用擀面杖擀成碎末,也可以用料理机打碎
  • 7.做好后便可以用来炸制美食啦,没用完的面包糠放入密封瓶里冷藏保存
