端午节就到了,各家各户都在包粽子了吧,今天包肉粽,配去壳的绿豆,这样不会那么油腻,软糯飘香,非常好吃,自己包的好处就是喜欢吃什么口味都能满足。

  • 去壳绿豆150克
  • 香菇少许
  • 干贝少许
  • 虾米少许
  • 红葱头少许
  • 少许
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 五香粉少许
  • 少许

Steps to make 肉粽

  • 1.备好食材:糯米,去壳绿豆洗净泡6小时,花生,香菇,干贝,虾米都要泡发。
  • 2.五花肉洗净,切厚片,放酱油,糖,胡椒粉腌製6小时。
  • 3.切点红葱头,放油锅小火煸香,下干贝,虾米,香菇加少许酱油炒香。
  • 4.盛出备用(红葱头另外放)。
  • 5.泡好的糯米,绿豆多清洗几遍,刚炒的红葱酥放入糯米中。
  • 6.糯米,绿豆加少许酱油拌匀。
  • 7.粽叶用开水焯一会洗净沥水备用。
  • 8.所有材料都备好了,就可以准备包粽子了。
  • 9.取一张粽叶折成漏斗形,放一点糯米,再放肉,虾米,香菇,干贝,花生(每样一点点即可)最后上面再放一层糯米,然后包好用绵绳捆紧了。
  • 10.依次都包好。
  • 11.放入电饭煲加九分满水煮至熟透,(我煮了两小时)不要马上打开,让在锅里多焖半小时左右。
  • 12.这是煮好捞出來的肉粽。
  • 13.打开一个看看,已熟透很香,料足。
