  • 黄油40克
  • 干酵母5克
  • 清水140克
  • 细砂糖65克
  • 1克

Steps to make 马铃薯餐包

  • 1.马铃薯去皮,切条状,入锅蒸熟,取出用勺背压成泥备用。
  • 2.将除黄油以外的所有材料按先液体后粉类的顺序投入面包机,启动一个和面程序。
  • 3.一个和面程序结束后,放入软化的黄油,再启动一个和面程序,此时已经达到扩展阶段,进行基础发酵。
  • 4.发酵至原来的2倍大,取出排气。
  • 5.分割成12份,揉圆,放入8寸不粘模具中。
  • 6.放温暖处进行二次发酵。
  • 7.刷一层全蛋液,撒上白芝麻。
  • 8.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火175度,25分钟(上色之后加盖锡纸)。
  • 9.晾凉即可食用,实在是太好吃了,好软!
