低脂西式烤菜
今天试做了一次这种烤菜。但因为基本都是拍的视频,所以配图很少。

  • 鸡胸肉1块
  • 板栗南瓜1/4个
  • 西葫芦1/2根
  • 玉米1根
  • 精盐2匙
  • 白糖1匙
  • 料酒2勺
  • 生抽3勺
  • 花生油1勺
  • 蜂蜜1勺

Steps to make 低脂西式烤菜

  • 1.准备好所有食材,鸡胸肉和青虾仁提前解冻。
  • 2.鸡胸肉切块,和虾仁(我买的是去了虾线的虾仁)一起,用1匙盐和1勺料酒拌一下。南瓜去瓤,洗净后切薄片。西葫芦洗净,去蒂后切厚片。黑玉米(也可以用糯玉米代替)切块。
  • 3.将【调料】里除了蜂蜜以外的所有材料全部放入碗内,拌匀。在烤盘内放好所有食材,并浇上调料汁,腌制15分钟。
  • 4.烤箱预热至200度之后,放入烤盘,烤30分钟。烤菜出炉后,淋上蜂蜜,味道更加丰富~
