【西兰花炒虾球】——女儿的小灶
现在正是吃虾季节,大人和宝宝们可要好好把握这个季节,享受肥美的鲜虾呀。

剥去了虾壳的虾球非常鲜嫩,吃起来很方便,味道也特别的好。而西兰花吸收了虾的鲜美也非常的好吃,这可是老少皆宜的一道经典菜。

    Steps to make 【西兰花炒虾球】——女儿的小灶

    • 1.材料:鲜虾、西兰花、红椒。
    • 2.西兰花去粗茎,掰成小块(不要用刀切,会散掉);蒜切末;红椒切菱形片。   鲜虾剥成虾仁备用。(可以把虾事先用料酒、胡椒粉腌渍一下,也可等炒菜时烹入料酒)。
    • 3.炒锅热油,放入西兰花煸炒1分钟左右盛出待用。
    • 4.炒锅用小火爆香蒜末,然后放入虾仁,用中火拌炒,待虾仁变色后,淋入料酒和少许生抽、糖,加入西兰花和红椒,用大火迅速翻炒,最后加盐,淋少许香油即可。
