年前特意泡了一些萝卜,在大鱼大肉过后一点酸辣爽脆的泡菜最为让人胃口大开。

  • 淘米水200ml

Steps to make 家常泡菜

  • 1.萝卜、小米辣洗净,放在不带油脂的容器中晾干。
  • 2.小米辣、蒜瓣切一下。
  • 3.将最后一遍淘米水倒入锅中(忘了拍图),煮开,加入食盐,尝一下有咸味即可,关火晾凉。
  • 4.萝卜切块,和蒜片、小米辣一起放入无水无油的容器中。
  • 5.倒入煮好晾凉的淘米水,盖好盖子5-7天就可以吃了。
  • 6.香香脆脆的酸辣爽口的泡萝卜就完成了。
