香菇烧豆腐

  • 大豆腐1块
  • 火腿肠50克
  • 清汤50克
  • 水淀粉10克
  • 味精2克
  • 酱油5克
  • 精盐3克

Steps to make 香菇烧豆腐

  • 1.将大豆腐清洗干净,切成方块装盘待用。
  • 2.将鲜香菇清洗干净,焯熟后切成块装盘待用。
  • 3.将火腿肠切成粒装盘待用。
  • 4.锅内倒油烧至四成热,放入豆腐煎。
  • 5.煎至两面呈金黄色后,铲出,装入盘中待用。
  • 6.锅内留适量油烧热,放入番茄酱煸炒,加入香菇,酱油及清汤。
  • 7.再放入豆腐煸炒。
  • 8.加入精盐,火腿粒。
  • 9.炒拌均匀,用水淀粉勾芡,加入味精调味。
  • 10.出锅装盘即可。
