港式炒牛河
前阵子节食减肥,对啥都还好,抵抗力很强,唯独对炒牛河垂涎欲滴,那油乎乎的河粉条啊,真是太太太太太诱人了!我查了一些炒牛河的食谱,自己也做了一些删减,试验过三次,觉得这次这个方子做的炒牛河最像我在香港翠华餐厅吃的炒牛河~那大片的牛肉~~那香甜的粉条~~
(¯﹃¯)口水不说了,赶紧做吧!

  • 牛肉50g
  • 洋葱30g
  • 辣椒10g

Steps to make 港式炒牛河

  • 1.准备好生抽、老抽、蚝油、卤水汁~
  • 2.准备料酒~爱吃辣的可以放一些剁椒~
  • 3.准备洋葱辣椒少许~
  • 4.牛肉切大片儿~
  • 5.河粉泡发后,沥干(这点至关重要,要非常干,很干很干很干,不然炒出来会粘锅的!)
  • 6.爆姜蒜,放入料酒,将牛肉炒熟,盛出
  • 7.在平底锅内放油,入河粉,加生抽、老抽、耗油
  • 8.加入牛肉and蔬菜,大约炒8分钟,直到蔬菜变软,锅内的油兹兹响即可~
  • 9.盛盘~
