Steps to make 苹果派

  • 1.准备原材料,飞饼皮拿出解冻。
  • 2.苹果切成小丁。
  • 3.锅里放黄油小火融化。
  • 4.放入苹果丁翻炒。
  • 5.加入一勺炼乳翻炒均匀。
  • 6.加两勺水小火焖一会。
  • 7.盛出放凉后备用。
  • 8.飞饼皮撒上淀粉擀簿,切成两个小长方形。
  • 9.把苹果均匀的铺在上面。
  • 10.在四周抹上蛋液。
  • 11.盖上另一片飞饼皮。
  • 12.用叉子压紧边,用小刀在上面划几道口。
  • 13.同样做好另一个,放在垫好油纸的烤盘上,涮上蛋液,送入烤箱,170度20分钟左右。
