  • 胡椒粉1茶勺
  • 1茶勺
  • 鸡精1茶勺
  • 酱油1茶勺
  • 少许

Steps to make 【川菜】不辣川菜之三—大蒜烧肚条

  • 1..猪肚洗净,加入清水、葱姜、料酒煮熟,捞出。
  • 2.将猪肚切成粗条、青椒和胡萝卜切片备用。
  • 3.炒勺倒入植物油,油热后下大蒜粒煸炒出香味。
  • 4.将大蒜拨到一边,倒入葱姜末炒香。
  • 5.加入清汤。
  • 6.再下入肚条。
  • 7.加盐、料酒、胡椒粉、糖、酱油大火烧开,转小火烧制20分钟左右。
  • 8.待汤汁快要收尽时下入青椒片和胡萝卜点缀炒匀,加鸡精调味。
  • 9.最后用水淀粉勾芡,淋上大蒜油,起锅时撒上葱末即可。
