Steps to make 黑米红枣粽子

  • 1.江米清洗干净,用清水浸泡4小时,黑米洗净用清水浸泡。包粽子之前将清水倒出来,两种米混合均匀。
  • 2.红枣洗干净,提前浸泡。
  • 3.干粽叶放入锅中,水开煮5分钟,焖30分钟,将粽叶头部和尾部剪去,方便包裹。
  • 4.将粽叶两端交叉围成漏斗形,底部不要有缝隙。
  • 5.江米和红枣装进粽叶里,用勺子压紧点,粽叶往前盖住江米,侧面也包裹住。
  • 6.用棉绳将粽子捆好即可。
  • 7.包了12个粽子。
  • 8.粽子放入高压锅,35分钟,焖1小时。
  • 9.黑米红枣粽子可以吃啦。
