  • 1.冰糖我选用这种大块的黄冰糖,它会比一般的功效会多一点,但是它的块头会比较大一点,所以我先把它敲碎,这样也比较方便它熬制,融化。
  • 2.柠檬的清洗还是需要用盐水来浸泡一下,然后用盐对柠檬表皮进行搓洗,这样能够洗掉表面的蜡。
  • 3.洗净后的柠檬擦干水分,然后全部切成薄片手动把柠檬片上的籽都去掉。
  • 4.然后按照一层冰糖一层柠檬的顺序来叠加放入炖盅里。
  • 5.然后把10g川贝粉也倒入其中,买川贝的时候,可以直接让药店帮忙碾成粉的,最后把剩下的柠檬、冰糖都铺好就行,过程中一定不要加入一滴水。
  • 6.用保鲜膜把炖盅严密的包裹起来,这样炖的时候别说水了,水蒸气都进不去,保证不加一滴水就要阻断一切水源。
  • 7.准备一个大的蒸锅,在里面放上适量的水,下面最好放一个烤网,因为砂锅是不能直接接触蒸锅底部的,容易裂开,然后隔水炖足10个小时左右。
  • 8.炖好了的柠檬膏是这样的状态,颜色已经完全变深了。
  • 9.川贝柠檬膏的保存也要慎重,罐子要放进沸水中煮一下,进行高温消毒,晾干了水分保持干燥的情况下,再把柠檬膏装罐。
