这款番茄鸡蛋其实应该理解为鸡蛋薄片沾番茄酱,薄薄的鸡蛋片,沾着酸酸甜甜的番茄汁,拌饭最不错了,小孩子也爱吃,就这一个菜,能吃一大碗饭呢,

Steps to make 番茄鸡蛋

  • 1.把番茄削皮,切成月牙状,(削皮是可以用勺子刮一刮表皮,然后很容易就能把番茄皮撕下,)
  • 2.另一个稍微用水穿烫一下,切开,把里面的番茄掏空,按压成番茄浓汁,
  • 3.热锅下油,
  • 4.把月牙状的番茄下锅翻炒片刻,
  • 5.把番茄浓汁倒进去,加一点点水炖煮至月牙番茄软软的,
  • 6.加进白糖,翻炒片刻,
  • 7.用碗盛起,待用,
  • 8.把鸡蛋搅打成均匀的全蛋液,
  • 9.锅内均匀的抹上油,烧至5成热,
  • 10.倒入部分蛋液,(两个蛋我分了三次摊饼,)
  • 11.一面微微定型,再翻个面继续小火煎制,
  • 12.煎好的鸡蛋薄饼随意切成小块,
  • 13.盖在番茄汁上就好,薄薄的鸡蛋片沾着番茄酱吃,有别于一半番茄炒蛋的感觉,却也别有一番风味呢。
