五谷松糕
做八珍糕的原料还剩下一部分,顺便做了一个五谷松糕,相比普通的松糕营养更上一层,不过感觉加了各种粉类后糕体容易偏干,蒸的时间也要稍长一点。

    Steps to make 五谷松糕

    • 1.各种粉类、白糖混合均匀。
    • 2.边加水边翻拌成半湿的状态,糕粉的潮湿程度以抓起握紧能攥成块,扔回盆里基本不散为刚好。
    • 3.放置半个小时让米粉充分吸收水分。
    • 4.红枣、蜜枣和葡萄干清洗备用(红枣没拍进去了)。
    • 5.米粉用较大孔的筛子过筛。
    • 6.全部筛好的米粉,呈均匀的松散状的颗粒。
    • 7.把米粉均匀放到铺了屉布的蒸格上,不要压实。
    • 8.放到一半米粉时,摆上一层蜜枣和葡萄干。
    • 9.再放上剩余的米粉,最上面摆上红枣、蜜枣和葡萄干。
    • 10.电饭煲放水烧开,放上蒸锅,蒸40分钟。
    • 11.成品。
