日式猪排盖饭

    Steps to make 日式猪排盖饭

    • 1.准备好食材
    • 2.将洋葱切丝,斜刀切蒜叶备用。两汤匙东字酱油,两汤匙味淋(米酒加一点点红糖可代替),一汤匙清酒(黄酒可代替),加入适量水煮(火不要太大,煮的时间长点洋葱的甜味就会出来,洋葱一定要煮软,煮的过程中要试一下味道,不要过咸)
    • 3.将里猪排打扁约一公分厚度,裹匀面粉,蛋液,面包粉(如果要面粉厚点可以多裹一两次)
    • 4.打一颗鸡蛋备用,开油锅,中高温下锅炸猪排(颜色变金黄,8分熟就好)
    • 5.猪排至八分熟捞起切开备用
    • 6.将切好的猪排放入快收干的酱汁中煨煮
    • 7.将打好的蛋液均匀淋在猪排上(蛋液分两次淋上,大火,盖上锅盖,图片上鸡蛋太多,可以少一点)
    • 8.然后很快打开锅盖淋上第二次蛋液,加上蒜叶后关火焖一下
    • 9.盛好饭,将煮好的猪排淋在饭上(注意要留点酱汁,不能太干,蛋液要半熟,洋葱一定要煮出甜味)美味的日式猪排盖饭就出炉了!!!
