巧克力海绵蛋糕
好久没来美天了,今天的蛋糕对于喜欢喝咖啡的我来说是无法抗拒的一款蛋糕。这款蛋糕的方子来自君子老师,第一次做就喜欢上了,这款蛋糕同时使用了黑巧克力和可可粉,而且加入了大量牛奶,蛋糕口感在细腻中透着浓郁,还略微带一点点苦,配上一杯咖啡是最惬意的下午茶哦!

  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 低筋面粉30g
  • 牛奶50g
  • 黑巧克力50g
  • 绵白糖30g
  • 可可粉10g

Steps to make 巧克力海绵蛋糕

  • 1.小块的黑巧克力和牛奶混合在一起,隔水加热并不断搅拌,至到巧克力完全熔化,将奶锅从热水里取出(或者直接用微波炉加热后取出搅拌至巧克力熔化)。将巧克力液冷却至室温备用。
  • 2.鸡蛋打入大碗里。
  • 3.加入细砂糖,用打蛋器打发。
  • 4.不断搅打直到鸡蛋变得越来越浓稠。
  • 5.一直搅打到提起打蛋器,从打蛋头上滴落的蛋液落入大碗里以后不会马上消失,鸡蛋就打发好了。
  • 6.低筋面粉和可可粉混合过筛。
  • 7.筛一半到打发好的鸡蛋里。用刮刀快速从底部翻拌,使蛋液和粉类混合均匀。
  • 8.筛入另一半的面粉与可可粉的混合物,继续翻拌均匀。
  • 9.在拌好的面糊里倒入第一步准备好的巧克力液。、继续用快速翻拌的方式使巧克力液和面糊完全混合。
  • 10.将拌好的面糊倒入蛋糕模里,将倒好的面糊,在台面上震两下,震出大气泡。模具放入烤盘,放入预热好175℃的烤箱,烤25分钟左右
