说来惭愧我的烘焙工具算比较齐全可是在过去的两年里我做的很少,那时由于孩子比较小再加上种种原因都没有怎么做烘焙。现在孩子大一些了也会帮忙做一些小事情了我就可以腾一些时间出来学做烘焙啦。我做个的第一个土司没有发酵好第二个土司塌顶第三个发酵过度...这一个该是第6个相对而言算是比较好的了,不过组织还不算好。我会继续加油把它给“打败”。总之我觉得自己做的味道不比买来的“差”,我去过面包厂。那里的人员很多光光看到在上班的就有200多人,虽说现做现卖但是看到一两个不讲卫生的就觉得所有面包都吃不下。自己动手的还可以享受做面包的那过程。

Steps to make 蓝莓土司

  • 1.高粉500克、糖90克、盐3克、水200克、鸡蛋1个、黄油30克、干酵母3-5克、蓝莓果酱适量除黄油和蓝莓果酱把所有面团材料放入面包机,揉到面团至扩展阶段
  • 2.倒入黄油继续揉
  • 3.撑开有不易破裂的薄膜
  • 4.发酵2倍至2.5大,用手戳一小洞不会缩即可
  • 5.松弛15分钟
  • 6.把面团擀开。
  • 7.卷起在擀开
  • 8.再次擀开抹上蓝莓果酱
  • 9.慢慢卷起
  • 10.放入模具内发酵盖上保鲜膜
  • 11.我分做两份
  • 12.至八分满
  • 13.烤箱预热中下层上管180下管190烤40分钟
