金顶寿司
寿司好像也叫紫菜包饭,好像又不太相同,对我而已,它们到底是不是相同的已经不重要了,关键只要它好吃就行。孩子说周末要出门逛逛,在这个细雨绵绵的春天里,出门逛逛还是算了吧,在家做好吃的或许更合适。好久没做寿司了,印象里上一次做寿司大概是孩子出生前了,大概有5年没做了,手生了很多。也不记得到底有没有吃过千岛酱,这次就顺便加在寿司里尝试一下好了。取名金顶寿司是最后在寿司上放了一块金黄色的芒果,看起来金灿灿的。

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 紫菜3张
  • 寿司醋20克
  • 肉松25克

Steps to make 金顶寿司

  • 1.做寿司用的主要材料准备好,寿司醋用白醋加白砂糖按2:1的比例调制好(白醋13克+白砂糖7克)
  • 2.鸡蛋煎成蛋饼
  • 3.鸡蛋切成细条备用
  • 4.胡萝卜,黄瓜,火腿肠切成细条备用
  • 5.取一个干净的盆子,把米饭和寿司醋混合一下
  • 6.在寿司帘上放上大片的紫菜,铺上一部分的米饭,前段留一半,末端留一小节不铺米饭
  • 7.在米饭上放上鸡蛋条,黄瓜,胡萝卜,火腿肠和肉松,在肉松上挤上适量的千岛酱
  • 8.提起寿司帘的末端,紫菜包住饭团的材料
  • 9.整个寿司饭团往前卷,卷的过程中可以稍微压一下帮助定型
  • 10.寿司卷好以后放一边,再继续卷其他的2个
  • 11.寿司按照自己觉得合适的长度切成小块
  • 12.把寿司都摆到盘子上
  • 13.在寿司上挤上适量的沙拉酱
  • 14.在沙拉酱上再装饰一颗芒果粒就可以开吃了
