照烧鸡腿饭——不一样的美味!
以前发过一篇PK吉野家的照烧鸡腿饭的日志,照烧酱是我自己配置的,味道还可以,今天我用了日式照烧酱还真是不一样呢。专业的就是专业,山寨的就是不行的。重新做了照烧鸡腿饭孩子超爱吃。烤出的照烧鸡腿味道鲜美 色泽红润光亮,卖相非常诱人。

Steps to make 照烧鸡腿饭——不一样的美味!

  • 1.鸡腿洗净后控干水份。
  • 2.用刀子将骨头剔除,鸡肉用刀背拍打几下。
  • 3.用叉子在鸡皮上叉匀,这样可以防止皮缩。
  • 4.处理好的鸡腿,放入碗中加料酒,盐,五香粉腌制。
  • 5.在碗中加入料酒2大汤匙,蜂蜜1汤匙,生抽2汤匙调匀配好照烧酱汁。
  • 6.煎锅中倒入少许油,油热后放入腌渍好的鸡腿,鸡皮朝下放入。
  • 7.小火煎制,并不时地用铲子在鸡肉上压,待鸡皮煎至金黄色时翻面煎。
  • 8.待两面全部煎至金黄后倒入照烧酱汁。
  • 9.用小火收汁,中间要不停的搅动。
  • 10.汁最好不要全部收干,留一点浇到米饭上会更好吃。将烧好后的肉取出稍凉后切成均匀的四块。
