Steps to make 圣诞老人馒头

  • 1.准备好和面食材,取出面粉
  • 2.加入白糖,酵母粉
  • 3.搅拌均匀后加入水,边倒边加
  • 4.拌成絮状
  • 5.手揉至光滑面团,包上保鲜膜进行发酵
  • 6.发好面团后,案板上撒点干粉
  • 7.揉至排气
  • 8.切开里面没有洞,说明发好了
  • 9.取适量白面团揉进红曲粉
  • 10.上色均匀即可
  • 11.取15克白色面团做出帽沿,再取5克的白色面团做帽子上的球球备用
  • 12.准备好水,黑豆来做眼睛,也可以用红豆
  • 13.取10克的红色面团做出鼻子,准备两粒黑豆当做眼睛
  • 14.取白色面团厚2厘米的椭圆饼当做人脸备用
  • 15.取40克的红色的面团,擀好的面饼切成如上图指示的三角形,如图上中的样子。
  • 16.把擀好脸部和红帽子组合在一起
  • 17.帽沿(也就是事先做的圆面柱)放在帽子下缘和额头的交接处,帽顶的尖尖部位折一下,再把球球放在最尖的部位
  • 18.80克白色的面团擀成长18厘米,宽12厘米的椭圆形,再对折,用刀切出胡须的样子
  • 19.全部均匀切好,撒点干粉
  • 20.用手稍微每条搓一下,这样更形象
  • 21.把它固定好即可
  • 22.一个圣诞老人就做好了,我做的比较大,这个配方只做了两个圣诞老人和一个拐杖,做好后放蒸笼里二次发酵,因为整形时间有点长,所以二次发酵只需1分钟即可
  • 23.冷水上锅
  • 24.煮开后立马转小火,蒸10分钟,焖5分钟,咱们的圣诞老人可以出锅了,萌萌哒有木有
