迷迭香烤大蒜
当看到迷迭香烤大蒜的食谱时,颇感遗憾——木有这样的新鲜大蒜。转头锁定其他目标时,却。。。。。咦?买了蒜呀?真是配合得恰逢其时啊。
烤大蒜,这不是什么新鲜玩意儿。小时候把各种东西都放在炭火上烤着吃,大蒜就是其中之一。把皮烤至半焦,香味四溢,混合焦香与蒜香,早没了那生辣的刺激。
用迷迭香烤,这还是头一遭。除了蒜香,没有当年那种熟悉的味道。最大的感受是——费火,太太太费火。。。。。

  • 玉米油1小勺
  • 1/4小勺
  • 黑胡椒粉1/4小勺
  • 新鲜迷迭香1.5克

Steps to make 迷迭香烤大蒜

  • 1.用料
  • 2.大蒜去掉外衣,削平底部
  • 3.剪去中间的柱子
  • 4.将蒜瓣尖削平,露出蒜肉
  • 5.迷迭香洗净,切碎
  • 6.将大蒜放入盘中,浇上油
  • 7.撒上盐
  • 8.撒适量黑胡椒粉
  • 9.最后把迷迭香撒在表面
  • 10.放入烤箱,中层,上下火180度,用锡纸覆盖,烤30分钟
  • 11.去掉锡纸,再烤20-30分钟
  • 12.出炉
