南瓜糊是我们家这几天晚餐时经常出现的一款粥,不仅仅是因为它制作方便、省时省力,还因为南瓜正是当下的应季菜。现在刚刚步入秋天,话说秋天的秋南瓜最好吃,大人们如果常吃南瓜,可使大便通畅,肌肤丰美,尤其对女性,还有美容作用;小朋友们吃南瓜还能增加丰富的维生素A、维生素E,可使儿童增强机体免疫力,对改善秋燥症状大有益处。南瓜是维生素A的主要供给源,营养价值较高。除做成汤、糊外,还可以煮粥、蒸食、熬制、煮饭等。

  • 1.准备材料:南瓜。(这次制作的是纯南瓜糊,故南瓜的量会比较多。)
  • 2.将南瓜去皮后,切成小块。
  • 3.准备豆浆机,将南瓜块倒入豆浆机内。
  • 4.倒入适量的清水,约在最高水位线1.2L左右。
  • 5.接通电源,选择玉米汁档开始。
  • 6.十几分钟后又香又甜的南瓜糊就做好啦。
