猕猴桃形状饼干
烘焙当中我最喜欢的就是做饼干,因为饼干做法简单,时间较短,但是味道奇好。而且饼干也容易做造型,看着各种各样造型的可爱饼干,心情也会越来越好。这款猕猴桃造型饼干做起来简单,就是粘芝麻那里稍微耗点时间,但是看到成品,觉得辛苦也是值得的。@aca北美电器,我的这款猕猴桃饼干像不像呢?

  • 低筋面粉140g
  • 黄油80g
  • 糖粉50g
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 抹茶粉4g

Steps to make 猕猴桃形状饼干

  • 1.黄油切块室温软化后加入糖粉,稍微搅拌一下,用打蛋器低速搅打均匀。
  • 2.分两次加入蛋黄液,每次都要搅打均匀。
  • 3.鸡蛋和黄油充分融合。
  • 4.筛入低粉。
  • 5.揉成面团。
  • 6.取60g面团揉成小圆,剩下的面团加入4g抹茶粉揉成绿色面团。
  • 7.原味面团搓成大概18cm长的圆柱体,可以放冰箱稍微冷冻5到6分钟。绿色面团下面垫保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀成28cm*28cm的面片。用绿色面团包裹原味面团,滚紧滚圆。
  • 8.保鲜膜包好摆入冰箱冷冻1小时。
  • 9.取出冷冻过的面团切成大小差不多的圆片。
  • 10.摆在烤盘上,用牙签沾芝麻摆在原色面团上。
  • 11.aca烤箱165度预热好了之后放入饼干胚子烤18分钟左右,最后几分钟可以加盖锡纸,防止上色过深。
  • 12.烤好后小心地取出晾凉后密封保存。是不是很像猕猴桃啊!
