  • 姜泥3勺
  • 蒜泥5勺
  • 苹果泥3勺
  • 小葱切碎5根
  • 辣椒粉3勺
  • 粗辣椒面5勺
  • 糯米粉半杯
  • 2匙
  • 味精1匙
  • 鱼露3勺
  • 虾酱1勺
  • 芝麻4勺
  • 白糖8勺
  • 海鲜酱油5勺

Steps to make 苏子叶泡菜

  • 1.苏子叶洗干净,晾干水分。
  • 2.糯米粉加入凉水,开小火不停的搅拌,熬成浆糊一样,晾凉。加入所有调料拌匀。
  • 3.拌匀的辣酱。
  • 4.我用了刷子刷的,薄薄一层单面就可以了,一张张叠加上去就可以了。
  • 5.最后把剩余的辣酱涂到根茎上密封保存。第二天就可以吃啦。
