    Steps to make 韭黄炒蛋

    • 1.鸡蛋磕入碗里,加一点点细盐充份搅散;
    • 2.韭黄洗净,切段;
    • 3.锅里热油,倒入鸡蛋液,差不多凝固的时候,划散翻炒一会儿,然后盛起来备用;
    • 4.接着炒韭黄,断生变软后,调入盐和鸡粉;(不需要炒太久,口感就老了)
    • 5.最后倒入炒好的鸡蛋,翻炒均匀即可。
