Steps to make 胡萝卜大骨汤

  • 1.腿骨适量,清水洗去血水。

  • 8.炖了一个小时的腿骨汤,少了很多,所以,水一定根据腿骨的多少适量多放。
  • 9.胡萝卜和杏鲍菇放入,中小火炖二十分钟。
  • 10.炖好的腿骨汤。
  • 11.小米椒和香菜。适量盐,胡椒粉,香油,调味。
