Steps to make 新年必备的吉祥蒸菜~花开富贵

  • 1.准备食材:葱姜去皮洗净切碎;鸡胸肉打成肉泥或者剁碎,胡萝卜和杏鲍菇洗净备用。
  • 2.胡萝卜切片,如果胡萝卜比较细就斜切片,杏鲍菇纵向切片,最好能带出尖尖角来。
  • 3.拌馅:肉泥中加入葱姜碎、1勺调和橄榄油,1勺味达美臻品料酒,1勺六月鲜轻盐原汁酱油,1小勺味达美臻品蚝油,1勺玉米淀粉,适量的胡椒粉。口重的可以加点盐。
  • 4.沿一个方向搅拌上劲。
  • 5.锅中加入适量的水,下入胡萝卜、杏鲍菇片焯水后捞出过冷水,控净水分。
  • 6.取大一点的盘子,先用杏鲍菇片包上准备好肉馅,尖部朝外,底部捏紧,码入盘中最外围的一圈,然后用胡萝卜片包上肉馅码入盘中,码两圈,中间的空隙放上鸡蛋黄。
  • 7.锅中加入适量的水,水开上屉蒸10分钟。
  • 8.蒸好的花开富贵取出。
  • 9.把盘中的汤汁倒进锅里,调入1大勺蚝油、1大勺六月鲜轻盐原汁酱油烧开,喜欢的可以再加一点水淀粉进去勾个芡汁。
  • 10.我没加淀粉,直接将汤汁淋到盘中,再撒点香菜碎和小米椒粒点缀下就可以啦,味道极其鲜美哦!小朋友特别喜欢。
