红糖糍粑
对于糯食,我有一种说不出的情感.
小的时候我最讨厌的就是吃汤圆,糍粑,每到快过年的时候,爹爹就要泡好多的糯米,蒸糯米揣糍粑,推石磨磨糯米,磨好的米浆还要放入米袋吊起沥去多余的水份,记得那时候的汤圆面都装在榨菜坛子里汤圆煮着吃,做成饼用油炕着吃,就是下面条也要搓几个汤圆一起煮。
记得家里有个烤火的小炉子,家家总喜欢用火钳把糍粑放在上面烤熟了沾白糖吃。我每次都喜欢烤却不喜欢吃烤糍粑是需要耐心的,火大了外面糊了里面却还是硬了,最喜欢看糍粑受热后,里面的热气冲破外面焦黄的外壳。现在好怀念那个时候啊!好怀念我的爹爹家家啊!想起了爹爹家家我的眼睛就湿润了。
用最简单的食材,做出好吃的糍粑。

Steps to make 红糖糍粑

  • 1.准备的食材。
  • 2.糍粑切成小块。
  • 3.锅里倒入油后转小火,放入糍粑半煎半炸。
  • 4.煎至金黄,翻面煎炸另一面。
  • 5.加入适量的红糖。(油多了就倒出来,以免太油腻)
  • 6.加入少许的清水,煮至糖浆浓稠,糍粑软糯即可。
