什锦烤串
天气越来越热,又到了喝冰啤酒、吃烤串的时候。可是在家里用碳烤炉,不但不好清洁,厨房也会很闷热;用电子烤盘的话,烤不了翅根、整鸡等难熟的食材,肉串还得不停翻动,非常麻烦。

如果有纽维福空气炸锅就方便多了。这次我用比较难控制火候的鸡胗串,和相对难熟透的鸡翅根来试试它的表现,一起来看看做法吧。

  • 彩椒半个
  • 洋葱半个
  • 圣女果几个
  • 西葫芦少许
  • 白菜少许
  • 培根几片
  • 韩式辣酱1勺
  • 植物油1勺
  • 半勺
  • 料酒少许
  • 少许
  • 孜然粉少许

Steps to make 什锦烤串

  • 1.清洗、解冻好各种食材。蔬菜类食材可以根据个人口味选择。
  • 2.将鸡心用刀刮去表面多余的脂肪,切掉根管,从中间剖开,清洗干净内部淤血。
  • 3.把一整个鸡胗分成两半,切掉边缘多余的部分,切十字花刀,底部切透不切断。
  • 4. 同样把鸡翅根这样切好。
  • 5.将鸡心、鸡胗、鸡翅根放入盆中,加盐、料酒、糖和韩式辣酱,揉匀腌制片刻。
  • 6.同时准备其他食材,将西葫芦切薄片,彩椒和洋葱切块,白菜切条。
  • 7.用竹签将腌好的肉类和蔬菜类交叉着串好,表面刷少许油,再撒少许孜然粉。
  • 8.在纽维福空气炸锅的炸篮中先垫一层硅油纸,然后放入鸡翅根,同时将探针插入鸡翅根内部,再在上面放好肉串。
  • 9.把炸篮推回,连接电源后先按“ON”,启动整机,再选择瓦数、温度180度、时间10分钟,按“START”启动程序即可。
  • 10.10分钟后拉开炸篮,可以看到肉串都烤好了。此时将肉串取出,调整温度为200度,让鸡翅根再烤5分钟左右即可。烘烤的过程中,按“PROBE”键就能在操作面板上看到鸡翅根内部温度的数字显示,90度就表示已经熟透了。
  • 11.烤好啦,赶快趁热吃吧。鸡胗脆嫩,鸡心弹牙,鸡翅根焦香浓郁,搭配爽口的蔬菜,荤素搭配,非常好吃。
