Steps to make 凉拌腐竹

  • 1.大盆中加适量温水和盐,放入腐竹泡浸半小时。
  • 2.将泡浸好的腐竹斜切小段。
  • 3.锅内烧开水,放入腐竹大火煮半分钟。
  • 4.将腐竹盛出冲两三遍清水。
  • 5.蒜切末、剁椒一勺剁碎。
  • 6.将蒜末、剁碎放入碗中,淋上适量花生油,再加少许盐、鸡精、生抽调成凉拌汁。
  • 7.将腐竹放入大碗中。
  • 8.放入葱花、几滴芝麻油拌匀即可。
