糯米糍粑
我的家乡在四川平昌,记忆中在家乡过中秋节的时候是不吃月饼的,或许是那时候穷,没有注意细节,都没有见过商店卖月饼,中秋节不吃月饼,吃的是糍粑。当然,现在中秋节,许多人家也都跟上潮流,买来月饼吃,也有人家,还守着以前的风俗,在中秋节吃糍粑。
小时候中秋节母亲蒸好糯米饭,父亲就把糯米饭放进搥窝里,用个长长的类似擀面杖,比擀面杖粗大的木棍使劲捣饭,直到里面的糯米饭烂烂地,就取出来母亲再和成糍粑,裹上芝麻粉就可以开吃啦.那时候没有多少吃头,等这个糍粑可是消耗掉了我多少口水啊

Steps to make 糯米糍粑

  • 1.糯米用清水浸泡一晚上
  • 2.蒸笼屉里辅上一层干净的纱布,把泡好的糯米捞起放在笼屉里
  • 3.锅内烧水,大火三十分钟蒸熟糯米饭
  • 4.蒸饭的时候预热电饼铛,把芝麻放里一分钟
  • 5.一分钟后揭盖,用小铲子搅动芝麻,直到全部变得微黄
  • 6.辗碎后放碗里,加一勺白糖
  • 7.拌匀备用
  • 8.三十分钟后糯米饭蒸好了
  • 9.没有往些年家乡那种搥窝,我用了个笨方法,就用蒸糯米饭的纱布,包住主饭,然后用擀面杖使劲捣呀捣呀。
  • 10.直到 糯米饭被捣得烂烂地成泥状了,就可以做糍粑团啦
  • 11.手上沾点水,揪一块糯米泥,用手和成糍粑团
  • 12.再在外面均匀地裹上一层刚才备好的芝麻粉,就可以开吃啦。
