Steps to make [原创DIY烤肉]---烤五花肉韭菜卷

  • 1.五花肉放冰箱冷藏三个小时左右,方便切出薄片。切片后放入冷开水(烧烤酱比稠)和各种调料一起拌匀。
  • 2.腌制12小时后,把五花肉从冰箱拿出解冻。用煎刀煎韭菜和肉片一样长,放韭菜在五花肉上卷成肉卷。用烫过的韭菜叶扎住肉卷。烤前再涂抹一次蒜香烧烤酱在肉卷上。
  • 3.烤箱上下火加热循环风210度预热5分钟。烤盘放锡纸等油渣,肉卷放烧烤网上烤8分钟。
  • 4.把肉卷翻面,肉卷表面擦一次蜜糖。200度烤7分钟即可。
  • 5.用生菜包住五花肉卷一起吃,香而不腻。
