  • 5.将煮熟的鸡爪子去掉中间的那根大骨头,很多人是用刀剁开的,我是用手撕下来的。然后将去骨的鸡爪子用凉水洗去其中的胶质。
  • 6.将洗过的鸡爪子,泡椒放入一个保鲜盒中,将红辣椒切段,适量的糖、醋用凉白开调成味汁一同倒入保鲜盒中并没过鸡爪子。将保鲜盒放入冰鲜中冷藏24小时即可食用了。
