  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.切姜切碎,用2汤勺热水泡5分钟成姜葱水,备用
  • 3.南瓜蒸熟,用勺子压成泥
  • 4.鱼肉绞成鱼蓉
  • 5.加入一个蛋清
  • 6.加入1小勺盐和1勺生粉
  • 7.加入1勺葱姜水
  • 8.加入1勺料酒
  • 9.加入1小勺白胡椒和鸡粉
  • 10.搅拌均匀成鱼蓉
  • 11.南瓜泥里面加入一半的鱼蓉拌均匀
  • 12.取一个方形模具,里面抹上一层油,外面包上一层锡纸
  • 13.先把原色的鱼蓉铺入模具里
  • 14.再把南瓜鱼蓉铺上,抹平表面
  • 15.上面盖上一层锡纸
  • 16.放入蒸锅里大火蒸15分钟
  • 17.蒸好后取出稍凉再切片
  • 18.可以这样吃,口味重的沾酱吃~~
