Steps to make 溜豆腐

  • 1.将韧豆腐,切成厚度约1厘米的方块。
  • 2.鸡蛋液里加点盐,打散。
  • 3.热锅温油,将豆腐挂上蛋液,二面煎成金黄色。
  • 4.锅内放油,油热爆香葱姜末,放入酱油,白糖,胡椒粉,蚝油,少半勺香醋,少许盐。
  • 5.汤开放入豆腐,烧至入味后加入鸡粉,青红椒丁,蒜苗,少许淀粉。
  • 6.出锅前放少许香油。
