Steps to make 水蜜桃慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.戚风蛋糕胚从中间一分为二,把边剪去备用。
  • 2.分别将水蜜桃,芒果,火龙果和奇异果去皮切丁。
  • 3.水蜜桃入榨汁机内,加少许水榨成果浆。
  • 4.50克牛奶加入软化的吉利丁片隔水加热至吉利丁片完全溶化。
  • 5.淡奶油加入30克糖打至8分发,加入蜜桃果浆搅拌均匀。
  • 6.加入吉利丁奶浆搅拌均匀即成慕斯馅。
  • 7.8寸活底模底部包上锡纸,放入一片蛋糕,倒入一半的慕斯馅,铺上水果。
  • 8.接着摆入另一片蛋糕。
  • 9.余下的慕斯馅倒入,入冰箱冷冻约30分钟至慕斯馅凝固。
  • 10.两包QQ糖加入56克水隔水加热至QQ糖溶化。
  • 11.冷却后均匀的淋在蛋糕的表面,入冰箱冷冻室约30分钟至表面凝固。
  • 12.最后把蛋糕脱模,用芒果花装饰,撒上杏仁即可。
